Domestic and International Shipping

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days of purchase, provided all items are in stock — and often much sooner. If any item is out of stock, please allow an additional 1 week for processing.

During peak periods (new product releases and holidays), please allow a few extra days for order processing.

Please note: Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to control its transit. However, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at all times.

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Please be aware that certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to some international destinations.

We operate warehouses in both the United States and China. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–15 business days.
